Where are we located?

We are located in the heart of Counce, TN up the hill from the Dollar General and the Pizza Restaurant in Holiday Hills. We are close to all that Pickwick Lake has to offer, just five minutes from the State Park and five minutes to Aqua. There are multiple boat launches close by as well as the grocery store and restaurants. Our address is 165 Lakeshore Ln. Counce, TN 38326.

Does the rental include a boat slip?

Yes use of a boat slip is included in your stay. The boat slip can be accessed via stairs directly from each estate on property or by vehicle just a short drive down the hill. The boat slips do have electricity and will accommodate most boats. Additional boat slips may be rented by the day if available.

Is there trailer parking?

Yes, there is trailer parking available on the lower level of the parking area on site or trailers may be parked at the Lands of Pickwick Marina where the boat slip is located.

Do we allow pets?

Small, well behaved, potty trained pets are welcome for an additional fee and must be declared at the time of booking. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should be contained on the main level only.

Can we accommodate large groups?

Yes, there are 6 identical 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom Villas on site which may be all rented together to accommodate large groups.

Do we rent to Contractors for longer stays?

Yes, we love to have contractors stay and work with them on their per diem allowances and invoice all stays appropriately as required by the employer.

Do we offer any discounts?

Yes. We offer monthly discounts to long term renters. We also offer a Military discount of 10%

Is early check in and late check out available?

It may be requested prior to your arrival for an additional fee. If we can accommodate early check in or late check out we will but it is never guaranteed.
